Each SealsTrust sticker contains a unique security code. When a customer scans the code with their smartphone, the system instantly verifies whether the product is authentic.

When a customer scans a product, the system verifies the authenticity and simultaneously records the scan in the platform. The brand owner can see exactly where and when the product was scanned, allowing them to track product distribution and detect suspicious activity.

Can counterfeit products be detected?

Yes. If someone tries to copy or reuse a sticker, the system can detect irregular scan activity and alert the brand owner, helping them identify counterfeit products quickly.

Do customers need a special app to scan the product?

Are shipping costs included in the product price?

No, shipping costs are NOT included in the product price. All shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. We utilize premium global carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and the shipping fee will appear as a separate line item on your corporate invoice.

When will my order be produced and shipped?

Production follows a strict two-step protocol: Successful clearance of payment AND verification of your "Technical Requirements File." Once both conditions are met, manufacturing takes 48–72 hours. After dispatch, transit via Express carriers typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. To prevent fraud and comply with corporate financial regulations, we exclusively ship to the verified Shipping Address provided on the original Invoice. For security reasons, we cannot redirect or change the shipping address once production has started.
